Business is business and with that being said a business associate should never allow personal feelings to color their communication. Nothing is ever accomplished by personally attacking a business associate. There are times when individuals will “show off” in front of their friends and family and blast a partner just to assuage his/her ego instead of allowing the time to cool down and approaching the partner to discuss concerns calmly. By always attacking personally an atmosphere of hostility is created that is very difficult to recover from and this can possibly damage any future business that can walk through the door. Remember to err is human and to forgive is divine.
