There is nothing that can bring a business down more quickly then negativity. To associate with negative people on a consistent basis is asking for certain failure. When asking for what type of people that are needed to surround you when delving in the business world it would have to be proactive, positive minded people. Individuals that are stuck in the mud and only see the downside of things will keep you from progressing forward. That is why I would rather surround myself with people who have a glass half full mindset any day of the week and weekends included.
