Human Nature

There is a tendency for individuals to not take business seriously when there is an impression of stagnation. Human nature takes over and owners in the start up stage will deem personal gratification as a higher priority then the business that they are trying to push forward. Sure it’s nice to assuage your personal gratification every once in a while however, it cannot be done at the expense of a company’s growth. When the feelings of impatience and laziness come into play and you act out upon those feelings you are essentially playing Russian roulette with your money. The Social Security program is not going to help future baby boomers, generation X and Y during their retirement years so it is imperative for individuals to take business ownership seriously. Taking business ownership for granted is a very dangerous and foolish game that should never be played.
