Emotions

When conducting a potential business deal you should look and treat it dispassionately. Business deals should be handled the same way that you see people playing card games with stoic, poker faces. When deals are conducted with emotions running high the message that is being sent out is that the emotional party wants the deal to be completed no matter what! This gives the other party an edge to demand more from the emotional party and in effect does away with the win-win business scenario because the deal winds up being one sided. The dispassionate party receives the best part of the deal and the emotional party receives hardly anything. Never get excited in doing business because emotions are a liability in the corporate environment.
