Jonathan Keese Speaks on Self-Esteem

Anger lowers our self-esteem and the self-esteem of others.!

"He that is soon angry deals foolishly." Have you ever done anything that has made you or those around you fell foolish? A quick-tempered person acts foolishly because anger distorts his or her vision and perspective. It can distort our view of situations and our ability to see a person's words or actions in true perspective. Consequently, we overreact rather than effectively respond to the reality of a situation.
