There are many would be entrepreneurs who wind up at a standstill because of fear. By pressing on through the fear instead of allowing it to freeze a person, allows that individual to develop his/her character. The act of doing also has the added benefit of acquiring experience in how to manage fear, for those who choose to go forward.
